
John M. Baggett, 58, died Oct. 23, 2007, in Miami.
He was a life-long resident of Fort Pierce.
He served in the Air Force.
He joined his father in the operation of the family business, Baggett Aerial Ag Service on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, in 1972, later opening South Florida Crop Care in Belle Glade.
He was a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
He attended St. Lucie County Schools and was a graduate of Dan McCarty High School, Class of 1967.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Linda Lein Baggett of Fort Pierce; daughters, Charlotte Adams of Port St. Lucie and Laura Kendall of Vero Beach; brothers, Donald Baggett of Okeechobee and Richard Baggett of Craddockville, Va.; sisters, Patricia Whitt of Chesapeake, Va., Brenda Baggett of Sebastian and Karen Harrison of Fort Pierce; and two grandchildren.

He was a GOOD friend, and I was blessed to have known him. He was so strong and wirie and quiet. I will miss him. Great guy!
