Sixty-one year old, James Arthur Burney of Pulaski, Tennessee, died February 23, 2009. Survivors include his wife, Kelly Burney of Pulaski; daughters, Jamey Burney of Pulaski and Summer Malone of Goodsprings and a son, Jack Cayson of Florida. His is also survived by three brothers, three sisters and by five grandchildren.
