Pansy Louise Wiggins, age 75, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023 peacefully in her home surrounded by family. Pansy was born June 9, 1948 in Pikeville, Kentucky to parents, John and Donna Luster. Pansy enjoyed reading, baking, shopping, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald Lee Wiggins; parents, John and Donna Luster; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Homer and Virginia Wiggins; sisters-in-law, Kathy Luster and Debra Wiggins; brothers-in-law, Paul Powell, Carl Terry, and Carlton Wiggins; and nephew, Lee Luster.

Pansy is survived by her children, Sarah (Brent) Phares, Donna Dempsey, Donnie (Angie) Wiggins; five granddaughters; two grandsons; five great grandchildren; brother, Johnny Luster; sisters, Violet Terry and Rose Powell; loving sister-in-law, Brenda (Frank) McPeak; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will be having a private memorial service at a later time.
