Clara Dawn Meier, 57, died Sept.4, 2005, at her home. She was born in Fort Pierce.
She was a graduate of Dan McCarty High School, class of 1967. She was a travel counselor with AAA.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Robert Meier of Fort Pierce; daughter, Sandra L. Meier of Atlanta; son, Ernest W. Meier of Albany, Ga.; two brothers, Wilson Wetherington and John Nelson, both of Fort Pierce; sister, Carolyn L'Heureux of Fort Pierce; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Nelson and Josephine Johnson Nelson.
