Patricia I. (Ooley) Hobbs, 68, of Altamont, passed away, Thursday, April 12, 2018, at her home. She was born in Pekin, Indiana to James Bert Ooley and Frances Marie Vest Ooley who preceded her in death along with her husband, Billy Charles Hobbs; brothers, Jerry Wayne and David Lewis Ooley. She was a member of the Airview Baptist Church and was a cook at North Elementary School in Altamont for many years.

She is survived by her daughter, Misty Dawn (Danny) Yates; step-son, Billy Hobbs Jr.; sister, Linda Ooley, Vero Beach, Florida; brothers, Randy and Kevin Ooley, Branson, Missouri, Freddie Ooley, Fort Pierce, Florida and Rick Ooley, Enville, Tennessee; 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Melvin Childers officiating. Burial followed in the Little Johnny Myers Cemetery. Arrangements were provided by Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, TN.
