Robert Joe Smith, 63, died Sept. 15, 2010, in Fort Pierce.
He was born in Fort Pierce and was a lifetime resident.
He was the owner and operator of Smith Harvesting Co. in Fort Pierce for 15 years.
Survivors include his mother, Evelyn Scott of Fort Pierce; sister, Jody Abercrombie of Fort Pierce; and brothers, Steven Smith and Wayne Scott, both of Fort Pierce.
He was preceded in death by his father, Reynold Scott.
