Lessie Ford, 48, of Fort Pierce, FL died Wednesday September 28, 2011 at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.

She was born on December 30, 1962 in Fort Pierce, FL.

She has been a lifetime resident of Saint Lucie County.

She attended the public schools of Saint Lucie County and a graduate of Fort Pierce Central High School Class of 1980. She was also a faithful member of First Born Church of the Living God.

Survivors include her companion, Arthur Farmer, of Fort Pierce, FL; brother, John Johnson, of Fort Pierce, FL; and a sister, Sandra Mulkey, of Ocala, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mable Sanders and Willie Lee Johnson, Sr., brother, Willie Lee Johnson, Jr. and a sister, Sheron D. Johnson.

Visitation will be held 3 to 7PM on Friday October 7, 2011 at Stone Brothers Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11AM Saturday October 8, 2011 at the House of God #1, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
