Bessie Lear Sirmons, 47, died Nov. 30, 2009, at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce. She was born in Fort Pierce. She was employed as a certified nursing assistant. She was a member of Greater St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Pierce. Survivors include her son, Jontavious Sirmons of Fort Pierce; daughters, Alicia Sirmons and Tamesha Sirmons, both of Fort Pierce; brothers, Sam Sirmons of Tampa and Ulysees Sirmons and Rodney Sirmons, both of Fort Pierce; sisters, Mary Sirmons and Carlyon Sirmons, both of Fort Pierce; and five grandchildren. services: Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 11 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Pierce. A service will be at 11 a.m. Dec. 12. Burial will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery.

It pains the heart to loose a loved one but God has all power in His hands. May the family be blessed and continue to be encouraged. Remember that the Joy that Jesus gives, that the world didn't give and the world can't take it away.
