Indiana has had 7 straight days of beautiful fall weather (so much for "if you don't like the weather in Indiana give it 5 minutes and it will change) God has blessed us so much with the changing of the seasons   Fall is my favorite time.    The Reunion is now a memory and I am still smiling everytime I think of the fun-filled weekend.  I smiled so much, the cheeks on my face hurt-what a good feeling!  Have had so many nice comments about our get-together-thanks for sharing.   It was so neat to see so many of you and those who weren't there - thanks for all the pictures and the profiles.   From the tailgate to the worship service/tour - it was good.   Lee was our shepherd for the worship service (you remember Lee - he's the one who always pulled my pig tails at Bethlehem -sat right behind me and was always smarter than me). Seriously, it was a wonderful service and Lee gave us a lot to think about.   Thanks, Lee!  I wasn't going to stay for the tour, but thought since I had 2 Grand Kids at the school, I ought to know what's going on.   I was amazed - the presence of God in that school is everywhere and all  the  technology being taught.  I know I had a great education - and it is neat to see that tradition being carried on to prepare our grandchildren for this changing world.

We had a post-reunion committee meeting (just to keep our memories fresh) at the Heilman's on Lake George.  Beautiful relaxing day and did a quick review. Good news is that we have some money left to donate to Class of 61 Scholarship Fund.   It was a typical Lutheran gathering - lots of yummy food.  Just FYI, we did talk about the upcoming 29th annual Concordia Dinner and Auction on November 5 at the HS.   Thought it would be fun if we could get a table or two of us to attend.  It is a wonderful evening.  Let me know if any of you would be interested.

Please continue to keep in touch - it's uplifting to hear from you.   God's continued blessings to all of you
