Jerry Kleinschmidt

Jerry Lee Kleinschmidt, age 80, went to heaven on Saturday, February 17, 2024 in Fort Wayne.  He was born December 2, 1943 in Fort Wayne to the late Fred and Frieda Kleinschmidt.  Jerry served his country as a member of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.  He worked over 20 years in sales for Frito Lay and previously owned and operated a Dairy Queen in Arizona.  Jerry was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church and participated in several Bible Studies.  Jerry is survived by his wife, Mary Kleinschmidt, and his brother, Donald Kleinschmidt.  He was preceded in death by five siblings.  A service will be held at a later date.
