Marty and I were good friends in high school. We ran against each other for class treasurer senior year, and I could not have lost to a nicer person. The last time I saw her was at The Castle the night before the 50th reunion, and she and I sat and talked for quite a while. I'm sorry to hear of her passing.
Marty and I only had a few dates in the spring of our senior year, one of which was to the Senior Prom. She was a beautiful person, both physically (runner-up to Miss Indiana) and spiritually.
