Joseph Allan Haft, 61, of Fort Wayne passed away September 20, 2018 at Lutheran Hospital. He was born February 23, 1957 in Fort Wayne. He is a graduate of the University of St. Francis. He and his wife owned and operated Haft Paint and Paper for 20 years prior to him teaching at Huntington North High School for 20 years. He enjoyed woodworking, sculpting, and painting. He is survived by his wife, Terry Haft of Fort Wayne; sons, Toby (Ashlee) Haft of Brownsburg, IN and Andy (Megan) Haft of Fort Wayne; mother, Margaret Haft of Fort Wayne; siblings, Gerry (Susie) Haft, Charles S. (Stephanie) Haft, and Mary Clare Haft (Ronald Nifong), all of Fort Wayne; and grandchildren, Keihland, Weston, Hadlee, Parker, and Carson. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. Haft. Funeral will be Monday, September 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 with visitation two hours prior. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Preferred memorials may be made to Huntington North High School.
