Al, Thanks for getting involved with the “Rabbit” issue. Yesterday I had to clean up the remains after on of our local predators (fox/bobcat/coyotes). Adding a prey animal to an environment will always bring in more predators. There has been no effort to retrieve the pets. On Craigslist it was stated they had over 25 bunnies for sale. Hopefully John and the county can resolve this before the next breakout.
I had met the neighbors when we helped them capture their runaway chicken. Their children walk their dog and often stop and talk, but always wave.
