Diana died September 14, 2004. Rest easy, my precious friend.
Diana was the first girl I met in high school that I had not known in elementary school. She and Donna Ramsey were my first Good Shepherd friends when we were all thrown together our freshman year at Franklin County High School! In our junior year, her father drove a Thunderbird (a cool older one) and took us to school every day! We must have talked for thousands of hours on the phone! Diana and I were best friends until her death; she was buried on my birthday, and they were also filming the movie Dreamer in downtown Frankfort and we were almost late for her funeral because traffic was backed up all over town. I miss her terribly. Gone too soon.
