Paul R. McBee, 27, of Grapeville, Hempfield Township, died as a result of injuries received in an accident at 6:35 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2007, in Allegheny Township. Mr. McBee was born June 3, 1980, in Natrona Heights. Paul worked as a painter at Ireland Painting. He enjoyed golf, skiing, snowboarding, watching Miami University Football and Pittsburgh Pirates baseball. He is survived by his father, Eugene P. McBee, of South Buffalo Township; his mother and stepfather, Peggy S. (Claypool) and Vaughn Kirkman, of Lower Burrell; his fiancee, Shannon Elwell; his son, Brogan Paul McBee, and a sister, Tiffany S. (Brian) Tresco, of Lower Burrell. Also surviving are his maternal grandmother, Beverly Smith, of South Buffalo Township; his paternal grandmother, Shirley McBee, of Buffalo Township, and his maternal grandparents, Gene and JoAnn Claypool, of Jackson Center. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Richard McBee, and his stepgrandfather, Otto O. Smith.
