Richard Burrell Foster, 60, of East Columbia (formerly of Freeport) passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012, after a lengthy illness. He was born November 5, 1952, in Freeport and graduated from Brazosport High School in 1971. Richard was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is preceded in death by his father, Burrell Edward Foster.
Richard is survived by his mother, Dolores Foster, of West Columbia; one brother, Donald E. Foster, of West Columbia; and one niece, Natalie Foster, of Oregon.
