Sandra Sue was born in 1953 to J.C. and Betty Kelley. She grew up in Freeport, Texas and has lived here all of her life. She found her love of 36 years, Joe Jenkins, in 1973. Together they ran their business and raised four children. Sandy touched so many people’s lives. Many people felt like family walking through her door. She loved to travel with her family and always took additional children on their trips. She had a heart of gold and had a passion for helping others.
