William (Bill) Archie Thomas

June 29, 1953 - January 21, 2024

William (Bill) Thomas passed away, peacefully in his sleep, on Sunday, January 21, 2024, in Fairfield. 

He was born on June 29, 1953, in Houston. He graduated from Brazosport High School where he was the top golfer on the team. Bill was always a “kid at heart” and enjoyed simple things such as random trivia and cracking jokes. 

He is survived by two sons, William Archie Thomas, II & partner Gabby McNutt, and Nicholas Allen Thomas & wife Angela; three grandchildren, Noah Thomas, Oliver Thomas, and Dahlia Paskero Thomas; one brother, P. F. Thomas & wife Georgia; one sister, Anne Webb; other relatives and friends.

Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by one daughter, Melanie Thomas; his parents, P. F. & Laura Merle Thomas; and one brother, Jerry Thomas.
