Funeral services for Nolie O’Neal Seay, 52, of Jones Creek, Texas, are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2005, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel in Brazoria, Texas, with Ken Petro officiating.
Burial will follow at Brazoria Cemetery in Brazoria, Texas.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 9, 2005, at Baker Funeral Home in Brazoria, Texas.
She was born Wednesday, September 3, 1952, in Jones Creek, Texas, and died Sunday, August 7, 2005, in Jones Creek, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Bennett, Larry Giller, Richard Goolsby Jr., John “Blue” Patterson, Chris Piel and Clinton Wood.
Honorary pallbearer will be Robert Little.
Nolie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She always had a smile to share with everyone she met. Even during the most difficult time of her illness, she never quit smiling. Nolie and her infectious smile will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Wood; and niece, Jamie Wood.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Herman Seay of Jones Creek; sons and daughter-in-law, Jay Seay of Norfolk, Virginia and Schan and Kandi Seay of Norfolk, Virginia; father, Jim Wood Sr. of Jones Creek; brother and sister-in-law, Jim Jr. and Connie Wood of Gun Barrel; sister, Barbara Thomas of Brazoria; grandchildren, Julia, Aerial and Meadow LaRue, Samuel and Ethan Seay and Jayce and Melanie Seay; stepdaughter, Carla LaRue and husband, Richard, of Gainesville, Florida; nieces, Sandra Michiels, Jody Piel, Samantha Thomas and Kayley Meade; nephew, Clinton Wood; great-nieces, Misti and Tatum Thomas; and a host of other relatives and friends. https://thefacts.com/obituaries/article_ea7352e1-22ee-580e-a070-e9865bf09d07.html
