Clyde Mark Dickens

1956 - March 11, 2021

Clyde 'Mark' Dickens, 60, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Transitions Life Care Hospice. He was born in Wake County, the son of the late Julia Eloise (Smith) and Allen Wray Dickens. Mark fought a long and brave battle against cancer. He was passionate about family, friends and his four-legged family members. He shared a love of riding motorcycles with a large group of long-time friends. Mark was a generous person who cared deeply and was always willing to help out those in need. He will be missed dearly by those who were lucky enough to have known him.

His Celebration of Life was at Bright Funeral Chapel in Wake Forest.

Mark is survived by his sisters, Carol Abraham (Phil) of Wilmington, NC and Beth Austin (Mike) of Fuquay Varina, NC; a brother, Danny Dickens of Dallas,Texas; his close friend, Lore Dana 'Donna' Rossici of Raleigh, and several nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, and one very special uncle, Gip Smith, of Fayetteville.
