Most of us will be turning 40 in the next 12 to 18 months.   Does anyone have any big plans?

Wow...its hard to believe as I still think of all of us as teenagers. I  had tentative plans to go to Hawaii with some other folks turning 40 (college mates) but that probably won't work out now.   It was so much fun to see everyone again. I wish we could do it again so I can show up on time and get to talk to everyone :(

We should plan a over the hill party for all of us next year. Ugh.

I think a joint 40th bash would be a blast! Someone (Jenni) should really work on that! :)

I am not a planner!  I just keep up the website but if someone wants to plan a 40th b-day  bash in the Port City (Melissa) let me know and I will post the details!

I hit 40 just a few days before my wedding, so I had a birthday cake for a groom's cake.  Then my wife sprung a surprise birthday cake and got the crowd to sing. That was about all the extra planning either of us could handle.

I turned 40 in January and have learned to "accept" it pretty well! LOL!  It is hard to believe our youth is behind us and we are fully into our adulthood.  I miss those days but love my life now with my family.  It really makes you feel old when your child is getting ready to age out of his teen years.  Blake will be 20 this year!  Now saying that makes me feel old.  He graduated high school last year and now has completed his college degree and will graduate from college in May 2010.  I just thank my heavenly father that he has allowed me to be here this long.  I pray I have many more years to enjoy!  Happy Birthday to everyone who has had a 40th Birthday or will be having one soon!  God Bless you all!
