Brent died in an airplane crash in a remote are of Mexico, on March 15, 1975. He was residing in Mesa, AZ at the time. He was survived by his wife, of the home and siblings, Lana and Vance.
Brent was GHS Football Homecoming Captain; Key Club President. He earned varsity letters in football, wrestling, and track. Originated the "Outlaws", an unofficial social group in Gallup during early 1960's. In addition Brent served an LDS missionary in North Dakota for two years.
Brent was an airplane pilot and owner.

I went to school with Brent from 1st grade through high school. He had a really nice family and they lived on E. Green St. He also had an older brother, Russell and a much younger brother, but I can't recall his name. Hey Brent!! ScarlettBuddy Van Doren
