Toomy Sipe was a member of my neighborhood in the area of 200 E.Mesa in Gallup. He lived at Green & Puerco, just one block from me. We used to walk to school...both Jr Hi and HS...together occasionally. I lost track of him after I left Gallup. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. I remember him as a very shy, good natured fellow and enjoyed the times we spent together.
