I'll always remember Spolar Bear as a friendly giggly gal who was my friend. Marla Bell

Oh no!! I had no idea Linda passed away. Anyone know what happened? She was so fun to be around. Always an impeccable dresser. Beautiful clothes. We ran around in this huge group of girls, - - - remember you guys? I remember when I met her at the reunion, she said to me, "well, there's my girl" and it just tickled me. Love ya kiddo!! Scarlett

Linda is one of my dearest memories. After GHS we were college "kids" at Stephens and traveled, shared secrets, and rehashed Gallup adventures. In 1961 we were "lost" in a ice storm at the corner of 12th Street & Vine in KC on our way home for Christmas. (Yes, we were looking for a burger joint at 2:00am. Wasn't it always about food!) Linda was my bridesmaid when Dean and I married in 1965. The last card I had from her arrived without address, phone number, and no email. Linda was a dazzler! Most important, she was a charming friend. I think about her often and relive conversations with her. Can still see her face and hear her voice. God bless you, Angel.
