Joe died at the age of 47 in El Paso, TX.  He served with the US Army for 21 years, retiring in communications.  He Was a Vietnam Vet and a member of the VFW in El Paso. He was survived by his wife Jeannie of El Paso; brothers Roger and Wayne; sisters Terri and Debbie.
