Gary Marks passed away at his home on Aug, 13, 2016 at the age of 67 after a 4-yr valiant battle with Lelomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer.  At the age of 20, Gary was drafted by and played professional baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals.  He married his high school sweetheart Cherlyn Marks in 1969.  They had two children. After his baseball career, Gary entered the field of sales and was a top salesman for 3M Corp. He and Cherlyn move to Reno in 1977 where he worked for Huber Business Systems and later formed his own family owened company CMS Imaging Systems. In 2002 he entered the field of Real Estate and was a top producing Real Estate agent in Reno/Sparks until th end.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Betty Marks and his brother Edwin Marks,  He is survived by his wife Cherlyn Marks, sons Gary Richard and James Bradley his grandchildren Anthony Messman and Edward. Stacia and Grace Marks his brother in law and sister in law thomas and Lori Doyle.
