Gary passed away following a tragic (one car) automobile accident in Mesquite in August 1971, during summer break. He was attending University of Texas, and would have been a Junior in the coming fall semester. Gary is remembered by friends at GHS as musically talented, considerate of others, and a focused friend and student.
Gary was a good friend from elementary school through high school. We went separate ways after high school. Our families were close because of being involved in PTA and Cub Scouts. The one thing that I have tried to due to honor Gary's memory is visit his parents in Georgetown when we go to Austin/San Antonio. Thanks for being a good friend, you are missed!
