Kathy Combs Butler, daughter of our late classmate Nancy Prather and Bob Combs (Emerson '48), has sent us a collection of pictures that her mom had saved from high school days. Kathy has invited us to share them on the Horace Mann '49 website. It's a great collection, with prom photos, goofy snapshots and lots of those little pictures we used to get sheets of every year to cut up and trade with friends.

If the pictures had names on the back, we've put the caption in quotes. Kathy got together recently with Patti Grubbs Jacobs to add some names that were missing. The collection is sure tp trigger nostalgic trips down memory lane. We're so happy that Nancy saved so many photos and that Kathy is willing to share them with her mom's classmates.
