So deeply sorry to hear about Harry. I guess there are people that you expect to live forever and Harry was one of those to me. I never know when one of my classmates is sick until I see they have passed. I pray for all of my classmates that are sick and the families of those who have passed. Vivien Robinson Timmons. PS. I really liked Harry. He was a great guy and we will miss him terribly.

I just don't remember when Harry had a down day. Always a smile and absolutely the best friend to all who knw him. He weathered all of the "growing up" challenges that the rest of us endured, plus being a model "preacher's son" when he could.

He appears to have lived a good and rich life; and I know that the time he and Dale had together must have been very special and reqarding.

And so I extend to her and their families every besst wish for the future. Bill Whisnant

I was deeply sadden to hear that we have lost Harry. Certainly he was one of the most popular males of the class of ‘59. Personally, I have fond memories of playing touch football at his house, of walking home from Ashley with Mike Tarlton,  Mac Jones and Harry,  and even of attending Sunday school with Harry. As noted  by Bill Whisnant, being a preacher’s son, especially in high school, is not easy. To Harry’s credit he managed admirably.

I extend sincere sympathy to Dale and family . The loss of Harry adds to these difficult times. Harry will be missed by many of his classmates including me.
