FLETA PATTERSON     

GASTONIA — Fleta Uren Patterson, 64, of 2907 Dresden Drive, died May 23, 2006, at the home of her sister, Peggy Cauthren, 114 Ballard Drive, Dallas.   She was a native of Gaston County, daughter of the late Perry Lee and Nettie Scruggs Uren.

FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Friday, United Baptist Church, 1970 Lowell-Bethesda Road, Gastonia

INTERMENT: Gaston Memorial Park

VISITATION: 7-9 tonight, Carothers Funeral Home, Gastonia; other times at the home of her sister, Peggy Cauthren, 114 Ballard Drive, Dallas

She was a retired nursing assistant and was employed at Orthopedic Hospital and Respite Care. Member of United Baptist Church.

SURVIVORS: 2 sisters, Peggy Cauthren and Evelyn Haas and husband Doug of Dallas, N.C.; 2 brothers, Roger Uren and wife Susie of Mt. Holly, N.C., Ronald Uren and wife Debbie of Winston-Salem, N.C.; special niece, Carolyn Brown of Gastonia, N.C.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Parents; husband, James Russell "Pat" Patterson; sisters, Maude Morgan, Brenda Uren; brothers, John Calvin Uren, Joseph Dilworth Uren, James Melvin Uren, James William Uren, Robert Uren
