SENECA, S.C. - Jeffrey Benson Cain, 56, husband of Susan Hawthorne Cain, of 23342 White Harbour Road, passed away June 17, 2011, at his residence.
Born in Fort Bragg, N.C., he was the son of the late Frank Coral Cain Jr. and Norma Benson Cain.
Survivors in addition to his wife include son Brian Lee Cain of Charleston, SC; daughters Ashlee Lynn Looper and husband Elliott of Belmont, NC, and Christine Susan Cain of Seneca, SC; brothers John Coral Cain and wife Joanne of Missoula, MT, and Steven Frank Cain and wife Lou Ann of Lincolnton, NC; sister Linda Cain Buchanan and husband Michael; and 1 grandchild Chase Bradlee Looper.
A private service was held Monday, June 20, 2011.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in his memory may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, 1500 Rosecrans Ave., Ste. 200, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
