SHALLOTTE – Lois Rebecca McLeymore “Becky”, 67, passed away peacefully at home in Shallotte, NC with her children, on May 4, 2017.
Becky was born March 25, 1950 in Gastonia, NC. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Kermit McLeymore and Mildred McLeymore. She attended Ashley High and Gaston College.
A devoted Mother. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael Tate and Amy Tate of Shallotte, NC, her daughter and daughter-in-law, Amber Graves and Angela Graves of Cherokee, NC, her son Jason Tate of Gastonia, NC. Her grand-kids, Starr Tate, Eric Tate, Lucas Tate, Christain Tate, Grayson Tate, Thomas Tate. Her sisters, Carol Wall and Barbara Richter, Her special nephews and nieces, Lisa Wall, Chuck Richter, David Richter, Laura Richter, and Asia Richter.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Mr. Kermit and Mildred McLeymore, her sister, Tommie Sue McLeymore, Her “other kids” Willie and Pettie.
There will be a friends and family gathering on May 12 2017 between 5 pm and 7 pm at the home of Barbara Richter at 216 Dogwood Ln, Dallas, NC.
