James D. Cook, 48, of Euless, TX, passed away on December 1, 2016. While attending a business meeting in Las Vegas, NV, he had a heart attack in his hotel room and passed away before being found.

Visitation to be held Thursday, December 8th from 6-8 p.m.; Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst; Catholic Mass, 1:30 p.m.; Friday, December 9th; St. Michael Catholic Church, 3713 Harwood Road, Bedford. Burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Fort Worth.

Mr. Cook was born April 10, 1968 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Orville and Ana (Nieves) Cook. He married Patricia Vuillemot on April 21, 2001. 

Mr. Cook worked as a Computer Programmer and was a model airplane enthusiast. He also enjoyed boating and fishing.

Mr. Cook is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother; wife; brother John (Sandra) Cook; sister Ivena (Marvin Craig) Fanning; children Nolan, Jacob and Evan and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
