I heard from Mrs.Weckwerth in 1987-88 when I went to see her that he was Killed in California. I guess He had served as a Marine and had married a girl from Germantown, and they we living off post in Southern California. Apparently He and his wife had separated and where in the process of getting back together when he was killed by the ex-boyfriend. I was told that he was shot 3-4 times as they left right outside their home on a date. So sad, they had a baby boy and it looked like things where working out for them until that sad and tragic night
