I remember cross-country skiing at Dretzka Park and seeing Tammy and her Dad, and sister there too. They were always hitting the trails. I remember her as a great swimmer, and a straight A student. I think we played soccar together in 8th Grade at KMS.

Tammy was a great friend. I remember spending so much time with her and her family every summer, swim season and the rest of the year too- and right before she went to basic training we were up all night and just hung out at the movies and then when we got back to her house just went over to Rockfield elementary and sat on the swings and talked until it was time to go with her to the mep building. She got married to Dave he was so funny and good to her. I do miss her still to this day.

Tammy use to make things out of ceramic like glasses, vases, pots for plants and jewlery boxes. I still have the jewlery box that she made me for my 16th birthday as it sits ontop of my dresser.

I remember when we went to prom junior year. We had a blast with Tim, John and Warren at Benihanas!

I have so many fond memories of Tammy. I still have the little ceramic dog she gave me probably in second or third grade. I remember going to Great America and riding the American Eagle roller coaster over and over again. We couldn't get enough. I still think of Tammy every year at Christmas when I take out the ceramic ornaments she made and put them on the tree. She was a special person in this world and will not be forgotten.

I also have a ceramic ornament that Tammy made for me. I often think about her, especially when I decorate my tree. She was a special person.

I have a beautiful ceramic dove ornament that Tammy made for me. She was always smiling. I remember her having problems in middle school and being afraid to talk about it. I wish I would have known more about mental illness. I have bipolar disorder myself and I am a huge advocate for education and acceptance. I wish Tammy and I could have talked.

I had spanish with Tammy in Eighth grade. I remember being very comfortable around her right away. She was very accepting, open. A lot of kids that age are full of themselves, full of shit or both. She was neither, and that allowed me to be myself with her. I wish I could have had more classes with her. I thought of that class often after hearing she was gone.

Dave Eickelberg's wife Andrea here. Dave(Tammy's husband) read your comments about Tammy and appreciated them & everyone remembering her. It brought tears to his eyes... He still misses her a great deal and she was obviously a wonderful woman. I didn't know her but listening to Dave talk about her, I wish I had. We've been married for over 8 years and not a day or week goes by that he doesn't think about her still.
