Gregg Aaron Zale, 31, the head of a Buffalo Grove real estate development company, died Wednesday at M.D. Anderson Hospital, Houston.

Mr. Zale had been suffering from lukemia and was in Texas for treatment.

He was president of the Zale Group Inc., a business that develops land in the Cary, Elgin and Kenosha, Wis., areas and builds and sells homes.
