I wanted to say "Thank You" Lori for letting us have the meeting at your house. It was so GREAT to see everyone and I look forward to the reunion and all of us getting together. I can't believe we have been out of school 20 years. I really don't feel that old!!!! I just wanted to let everyone know that we will be having another Reunion meeting on Sunday December 7th @ 2:00, please email if you are interested in coming.

Joey - Great to hear from you! We got a late start on the reunion planning - real late! We're not going to get a full reunion in before the end of the year. However, we are meeting on December 7th at 2 pm for a planning meeting. If you can make it that would be great.

Paul - Great to hear from you too!

For those of you planning on being in town closer to the Holidays - maybe we can plan a happy hour or something to catch up. What do you think?

Joey Kepler----I think this website is GREAT also! We (The reunion planning committee) can not take credit for it, The Class of 89 has one also and Leslie had sent me a link to theirs so that is how we got the idea BUT Wade (The Smart one in our Class) set it up for all of us!!!
Way to go WADE!!!

TO THE CLASS OF 88......The Class of 89 is having monthly "Happy Hour" get togethers and has told me to tell anyone from our class that they are more than welcome to join them. There are still 53 people that have not registered to our site. If there is a name on the list and you know how to contact that person, please call them and tell them how to go register or send me their # and I will call them. I want to make sure that we let everyone from the class of 88 know about this site.

HAPPY HOUR. The class of 89 is Having a Happy Hour on Friday December 19th @ Fox & The Hound (7001 S. Garnett). J.T. Davis is in charge of their website and has e-mailed me and wanted me to post it on our website. He has also put a link on their site for our website. I am going to try to go to Happy Hour if you are interested in going let me know!!!!

Hey all. It's cool to see the planning getting going for a reunion. I feel bad because I've done such a poor job with keeping up with friends from High School. It's great to reconnect with you again. I'm on facebook and Myspace if any of you are. I live in the Fort Worth area now, but will be in Tulsa for Christmas from Dec. 20th through the 27th. Let me know if you all have a get together during that time. It would be great to catch up with you all. Thanks again to Wade and Lori and any others for doing the planning of our reunion!

Hello to All.........

If we could get an idea of when everyone will be in town for the holidays, we would like to plan a get together!

Sounds like Joey Kepler will be in town around the 21st or 22nd. How about everyone else? How about shooting for the weekend before or the weekend after Christmas?

The class of 1989 is meeting on the 19th at the Fox and Hound at 71st and Garnett here in Tulsa. Some of us are going to be there as well.

Please respond here on the forum with thoughts!!! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Thanks to all who made this possible. Becky I'm game for a get together around the holidays. Love to see Joey, Oh "Hey Joe!" Thanks for serving our country big man.
And just in case someone missed it, GLENPOOL TOOK STATE SATURDAY. GO WARRIORS!! It was a really good game the kids played their tales off. Undefeated in 08. I am sure it had something to do with the twenty year anniversary of the best class ever right?

All -

We had another great time yesterday at our reunion planning meeting! We even managed to locate a couple of our former classmates and get some leads on a few others, in between sharing memories from High School!! Please check the Missing Classmates section of our site, and see if you might know where any of our MIA classmates might be. If their parents still live in the same house, let us know and we'll start there.

Next planning session will be January 4th, at 2pm (Sunday afternoon). Please come join us - we always have a great time!!

Joe - We saw that you'd be in town around the 21st/22nd. I'm up for a get-together over the holidays. Somebody say when and where & I'll be there! Looking forward to seeing you all!

This planning stuff is fun! Getting in touch with old friends has been a blast. So far the planning committee is Lori Holt, Becky McNeal(Morgans), Shannon Hendrickson(Gibbons), Travis Dunn, Joey Kelley and myself. We have been really trying to locate everyone that was in the annual and on our graduation list we got from Glenpool High but if ANYONE knows whereabouts of folks that aren't listed on this sight please let us know (via this site). This is going to be a huge hoorah so stay tuned!

Btw, Hello to all who have joined and welcome back to the old friendships you had at Glenpool High. GO WARRIORS, 4A STATE CHAMPS!! AGAIN!!!

To all my Fellow 88's

We have set a little "Holiday Get Together". It is going to be on Sat. December 20th at 7:00pm. We are going to meet for dinner at Mexicali Border Cafe (address is 14 W. Brady, Tulsa...Downtown Tulsa). I have reserved the back room for us but they still would like to get a head count of how many are going to be there. Please e-mail me and let me know if you are coming and if you are bringing your spouse, so I can give them an idea of how many will be there. Sounds like Paul Brown is footing the bill for the drinks, so Paul if you want to send me your card # I can take care of that for you....HAHA

I really think that this website is great, It has been so much fun getting back in touch with old friends. I finally was able to post pictures of my family in my profile.....Yes my hair is blonde now but its the only way I can hide all that Gray that has popped up over the years. (Thanks Wade for helping me get my pictures on there).

I look forward to seeing everyone and for those of you that will not be able to make it, I look forward to seeing you at the reunion. I hope that everyone has a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

Ruth McCombs (Smith) Hey, what about the Whitenburg twins. I was wondering why they aren't on the list of classmates. Then I looked at my yearbook and realized they aren't in there senior year. Did they move or what? Why don't I remember that?!?! Anybody know where they are? Ruth
