I mostly remeber Adam in Kindergarden and 1st grade. Me and Sara Newland used to give him such a hard time when he got like one B on a paper. We would both start up with are "Ooooooooooaaaawwwwwwwwwww you got a B" He would say I know with a big smile. I remember him also in chorus 7th grade and up. He is trully missed. I found out this one day. I was in Mathews about to pick daffodils for this lady. I kept overhearing someone saying Adam Hogge's name. So I went in I said what happen did he get a full scholarship somewhere. They all told me no he is gone. It was on the front page of the paper. I left... no picking flowers today. As I am type this I feel as if he's looking at the same page I see.

I've got a home in the sky,
Gonna tell this world good bye,
You see I'm gonna fly away,
We'll be caught up together,
To live with Jesus Christ forever,
You see I'm gonna fly away,
I will be free,
Free,
One day.

I remember Adam mostly from grade school too...he was always HILARIOUS! He always had a way of making you smile! I think back then it was me, him, Sarah Bolger and Cathie Daniels :) At some point, Jason Knauf came in and I think they became pretty good friends for awhile too. I just remember him always making us laugh at my birthday parties and stuff. He was great! And VERY missed. We love you Adam and will see you again one day bud!:)

I think about Adam often. His smile, those dimples, his personality just made everything ok. I remember being in my dorm about to celebrate my 21st birthday when my mom called to tell me that Adam had passed away. All I could think about was, "Who's gonna dress up at the Class Reunion like those singers in the black suits and hats?" I cannot remember when I first met Adam. I want to say it was in elementary school, but I know one thing...I will never forget him.

Adam, what can I say about Adam? I can say that he was a great person to be around and that he always made me laugh. There isn't one bad thing that I can say about Adam because he was a good person. I can remember him always trying to sing to me in FHA back in middle school. He used to always greet my sister and I as "The Miniger sisters!" I think about Adam a lot when I often think about high school. He may have left this world but he will always be in my memories. We Miss You Adam!!!!!!

How on earth did he die? I don't remember hearing anything about it and I was still living in VA when this happened.
