Carol A. Straabe, 49, Crystal, died Sunday, May 20, 2001, in Pembina County Memorial Hospital, Cavalier, N.D.Carol Ann Helle was born April 7, 1952, the daughter of Norval and Mary (Hughes) Helle, in Grand Forks. She grew up and attended school in Grand Forks, graduating in 1970. She married Allen Straabe on May 3, 1981, in Crookston. They lived in Crystal.She is survived by her husband.
