Daniel Shahane, 41, 1809 Fourth Ave. N., died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1993, in United Hospital.

Daniel James Shahane was born Aug. 27, 1952, in Grand Forks, the son of William and Marjorie Shahane. He graduated from Aaker's Business College, Park Business College, of Denver and from East Grand Forks Area Vocational Technical Institute. He was a business entrepreneur in Grand Forks before he started work for KXPO Radio in Grafton, N.D. He married Laura Obie Aug. 29, 1987,
