John Roth, Jr.,  57, Grand Forks, died Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo,  North Dakota.

John Edward Roth, the son of John Roth, Sr., and Jeanette (Rondeau), Roth, was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota on August 30, 1961.  John was raised and educated in Grand Forks, graduating from Red River High School in 1979.

 John worked in construction. He enjoyed gardening, canning salsa, grilling, fishing and beers with his friends. 

 John is survived by his parents, John, Sr., and Jeanette Roth, Grand Forks;  siblings, Cindy Sandbeck, Fergus Falls, MN, Julie Frey, Grand Forks, and Jeff (Krystal) Roth, Grand Forks;  and  several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Funeral Services will be  11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2019 in Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 S. 42^nd St., Grand Forks.   Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.  Online guestbook is available at www.amundsonfuneralhome.com
