Antonia “Toni” Larson, 70, of Grand Forks, ND, passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Altru Hospital of Grand Forks.

Antonia Martinez was born on January 17, 1951 in Fort Hancock, Tx to Solomon and Catarina Delgado.  She spent her early childhood in Texas before the family moved to Grand Forks to do migrant work.

Toni received her education at Belmont Elementary, South Jr. High and then went on to graduate from Grand Forks Central in 1970.  She was joined in marriage to Terry Larson on January 4, 1972.  Together they had two children.  Troy Shannon and Jeremy Wayne.

Her first job was at the Grand Forks Elks before she moved onto work at Altru Hospital until she retired in 2016 after 48 years in the dietary department.

In 1978 Toni dedicated herself in baptism as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  She lived to share her Bible knowledge with all whom she met, as her faith in Jehovah was at the center of her life.

Some of Toni’s favorite things were rummage sales, auctions, buying treasures off the Home Shopping network and watching Jeopardy.  She also enjoyed many vacations with family and friends fishing, camping, visiting national parks and even traveling abroad across Europe.  To relax she spent many hours sitting under her maple tree with her granddaughter Alexis and many friends who stopped by to visit.

Toni is survived by her son Troy (Kim) Larson, brother Fred Martinez, sisters Hope (Clark) Grazier, Silvia Espinoza.  Brother-in-law Joe Milder. Grand children Christian and Alexis Larson, Ashley (Grant) Constan.  Great grandson Keynon and numerous nephews and nieces.

Toni was preceded in death by her husband Terry Larson, parents Solomon & Catarina Delgado, son Jeremy Larson and sister Martina (Tina) Milder.
