Survived By: Wife Libby, daughter and son'n law, Lori and Greg and two grandchildren. Brothers Phil, Keith and Jay Evans and Mother Margaret Evans.

Dave developed throat cancer and fought for almost a year before he lost his battle. Dave was a free spirit who enjoyed life. He will always be remembered as a best friend who was always there when you needed a hand.
