Eva Heffernan passed away on  4/23/24 at her home in Harwich, England.

Eva received her BA and Juris Doctor degrees from UND. She was an attorney at Law Weathers in Grand Rapids MI, followed by positions with the US Justice Department in D.C., NYC with the SEC and then Merrill Lynch. She took a position at the Merrill Lynch office in London. She was a solicitor in the UK, eventually obtaining the level of barrister, working in private practices in London, eventually retiring to Harwich England. She is survived my her sister Angie, in Idaho.
