I am saddened to hear this.

Some of my favorite memories from high school involved Kim.

He is and always will be, a great guy...

Known Kim since Lee Jr High.  He was such a shy kid.  If you knew Kim as an adult, you can't even imagine Kim being shy.  He had this loud boisterous laugh and a way of telling stories, maybe embellishing a little, that were so entertaining.  Everyone wanted to be around Kim.  When Kim started his own company, Fuller Air Conditioning, he wanted to take care of people and do right by them,  He saw so many people getting taken advantage of and it was not right.  His integrity was upmost.   Before he had his company, we had the a/c company come out that we had purchased from, to do a spring check to ensure a/c unit was in good working order.  The tech said there was a crack in unit.  He showed us the picture of the crack.  We told him we would have to get back with him.  When my husband examined the unit he could find nothing on our furnance that resembled the photo the tech had shown us.   That picture was not even of our unit.  We called Kim and shared our story and he confirmed that a/c companies do use that ploy to get customers to buy unnecessary parts or new units.  We didn't think much about it but a few days later Kim texted me to say pick him up at the Grand Prairie airport.  We did and took him to house to check unit.  Nothing wrong.  Unit in good working order.  My cost, a Dr Pepper.  That's the kind of guy Kim was.  Rest in peace Kim.
