Rob and I started dating in February of 1990. We were married in 1992 while he was in the Navy. We lived in San Diego for two years and moved back to NM so I could finish my Bachelors degree at New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas.
We moved to Phoenix in 1996 so Rob could go to the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. He was quickly recruited to work for American Honda in Torrance, CA as a customer service representative. He loved the racing aspect of motorcycles and began working for Shoei helmets as their race support manager. He traveled quite a bit (throughout the US and into Japan, Shoei's headquarters) and he thoroughly enjoyed the motorsports industry but decided that he wanted to spend more time at home so Rob became a motorcycle salesperson. He was especially good at selling motorcycles and soon became the assistant sales manager.
We lived happily and had our daughter, Sarah Belle in 2005. Rob died in an automobile accident on April 11, 2006. Sarah was 13 months old. He is deeply loved and missed.
