After the last light was turned off and the doors of "the barn" were being locked I began thinking back over the whole day. I want to believe that everyone had a good time and maybe everyone is looking forward to the next reunion, five years from now.

Throughout the day I tried to make contact with each classmate to really let him/her know how very happy I was that he/she was able to attend. If I didn't get to talk to some of you to let you know that, I apologize.

I was so worried about things being perfect for everyone and I realize that I did not sit down and enjoy everyone's company myself. Don't get me wrong, I did have a great time, watching all of you have a good time. I just wish that I had been able to talk to all of you myself.

I would like to be able to make contact with each and every one of the classmates so "I" can catch up now. Maybe over the next few weeks or months some of you may be willing to talk with me either through this website, email or over the phone. I can be hopeful at least! I wanted to share some memories, funny stories and also learn the names of your children and spouses. I wanted to get to know you all over again.

I have had a wonderful time over the last few months planning, plotting and preparing even though my basement and my dining room looked like a class reunion warehouse. My husband has been so awesome through all of it.

Ok, so now I have started a new topic in this forum, it is someone else's turn to make a post. I hope to get to talk to all of you very soon! Thanks so much! Carri

Carri,again I just wanted to say how very much you and your husband are appreciated by me!Also just wanted to let you know how very much it meant to me when you excepted me in with no judgements and made me with a few words feel very welcome,missed and a part of,just cant say thanks enough,and yes I feel everyone in attendance will agree when I say were all looking forward to doing it all again,tks and God Bless us all!!

Carri.......I can't seem to find the right words....what a great time we had..Thank You just does NOT seem like enough!!! Your hard work and dedication was seen and appreciated by all of us!! I did not see anyone who wasn't having a good time!!! I only wish that I could have made it the picnic and been able to see even more of our classmates and former teachers. This is the very first reunion that I have attended and I can say for a fact~~~IT WILL NOT BE THE LAST!!!!!!! Again, THANKS to YOU & YOUR HUBBY!!!!!! Keep in touch...and to the CLASS OF 1989~~~LOVE YOU ALL!!!!
