HUTCHINSON – Hans C. Anderson, 54, died June 18 at Hospice House of Reno County in Hutchinson. Born Nov. 9, 1954, in Great Bend, he was the son of Everett and Evangeline Stejskal Anderson. He married Robin D. Erwin in August 1985 in Great Bend. She survives. A lifetime resident of Great Bend, he was a truck driver for Barton County Road and Bridge.
Mr. Anderson was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Great Bend.
Survivors include his wife, Robin Anderson, of the home; his mother, Evangeline Anderson of Great Bend; four brothers, Robert D. Anderson, Larry W. Anderson and Terry G. Anderson, all of Great Bend, and Mark T. Anderson of Hawthorn, Nev.; and a sister, Clara Jo Lefebvre of Colwich. He was preceded in death by his father, Everett Anderson.
Funeral service was at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Prince of Peace Parish at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Great Bend with Father Floyd McKinney officiating. Burial was at the Hillcrest Memorial Park in Great Bend. Memorials are suggested to the Barton County Humane Society or Brit Spaugh Zoo, all in care of the funeral home.
