I only knew Virginia by name, but her younger brother was a good friend of mine in high school. I am searching for that brother. Does anyone have any information on the family? Anything at all would be helpful. Who knew Virginia? Her brother's name is Ricky (Richard G. Payne) and they lived in New Hyde Park.
