GREENSBORO — Rebecca "Becky" Frazier Rucker, 309 Kimberly Drive, died Friday, September 26, 2008, at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, at the First Presbyterian Church, by the Reverend Dr. Sidney F. Batts.

The participation was expanded to include nearby orphanages in the Central Piedmont, and over the course of two score years over 40,000 children enjoyed Fun Day. The program continues as a memorial to her.

She was preceded in death by her elder son, Walker Fry Rucker, Jr.
